Guitarists. What song riff solo or player made you actually get a guitar
For me I was really into Randy and still am, but when I heard Steve Vai's riff on Goin Crazy with David Lee Roth I knew I had to get a guitar. How bout you?

I cant afford a guitar right now, but I've learned a little bit.
The main song that made me want to pick one up was CCR - Up Around The Bend. Just love the intro to that song.

i started playing when satriani put out 'the extermist' album and you got to see 'summer song' a lot on tv. the melody and cool riff made me pick up guitar and stat playing like crazy.
