probably about 2-3 months of high intensity sprinting (like 400 meter intervals), twice a week will drop your body fat down to about 9-10%. coupled with a good diet
you have muscle (judging from the pics) you just need to lose the bf. i would say you are about 13%bf right now

I'd say 12-13% bro. Right around where I'm at. I don't have as big of stomach, but have more fat in my chest which is annoying as **** and makes me worry about gyno (I have a very mild case and once I get down to 10% I'm thinking the fat will be gone and it will be barely noticeable).
