i was wounder what percent of your bodywieht is actually be pushed up during a pushup. reps if there is a good response.

It depends on your center of gravity. Since the center of gravity in guys is higher up in the torso, that means the pushups will have more of the body's weight in them. Usually it will be about 55-70% depending on the weight distribution of the male (your abercrombie and fitch guys e.g. skinny people will be on the lower end of the spectrum). For females, it will probably be around 50-60%ish more or less.

What I would do is go into pushup stance over a weight scale
