Mostly Nitric Oxide,low amount of creatine. awesome workouts though basicly gives you the concentration so once u have that you are fine

its more for preworkout energy, its got a decent amount, so ill take my creatine in the AM and my NO2 and then take the NOXplode beore the gym, so im gettin enough daily
