6 Month Progress

Actually been liftin 8 months, but pissed around for like 4 of it. Been serious since though.

Added 2cm to my arms, dunno about other measurements.

With bigger eating/creatine and continued serious training hopefully more gains to come.

Not bad progress IMO. Keep it up and you'll get huge gains with the right diet and exercise

2cm = less than an inch, and if your a nooby, you should be gaining more, you have good potential, but like the others said you need to be eating a lot more diet is 75% of the battle if not more.

Yeah fair enough, i aint so keen on a bulking diet... im just getting plenty of protein and a balanced diet.

I'll have to deal with the slow gains but im still happy
