Yes I am natural, no steroids or prohormones, all my shows are polygraph&drug tested shows. I compete in the WNBF organization.

EPHEDRA STILL BANNED BY WNBF

With all the news about the FDA ban on ephedra being overturned via court action, the WNBF and its affiliated amateur organizations have been watching the ongoing ephedra controversy very closely. Nevertheless, the Pro Natural federation’s ban on ephedra use has not changed! And although a U.S. District Court judge in Salt Lake City ruled in favor of Nutraceuticals International Corp. in their lawsuit against the FDA ban on low-dose ephedra products, the controversial fat-burner is still the subject of an FDA court appeal.

It seems the original court ruling had more to do with the FDA’s regulations putting nutritional supplements up to the same standards as drugs in measuring a health cost/benefit ratio, as opposed to the legality of the herbal substance itself. The judge agreed that a lower dose ephedra is not as dangerous as other supplements with more than 10 mgs. of the active ingredient per dosing. But her ruling simply ordered the FDA to reconsider its widespread ban on the compound, and not to take any action against the one company (Nutraceuticals International) who’d sued. It hardly opened the door for wide sales of ephedra to the general public. And a number of Washington politicians are voicing their disagreement with the court action and vow to have Congress step in with tougher legislation controlling supplement sales (and FDA control over them) if the Appeals Court rules against the FDA’s appeal.

A cursory search finds the herb available on the Internet, but it was undoubtedly available there even when completely banned for U.S. sales. Yet the major supplement companies and nutritional product retailers like GNC and Vitamin World still won’t touch the stuff. The FDA itself has not lifted the wider ban, and there’s no telling whether Nutraceuticals International will be able to obtain liability insurance for the long haul to prepare for the possible onslaught of lawsuits. (After all, with all the successful suits or settlements thus far against the makers of Xenadrine and other highly publicized ephedra manufacturers, how long will it be before a Nutraceutical product user has the same symptoms and sues them?)

Bottom line: Andro was banned by the WNBF, INBF and NANBF long before the FDA took action against prohormones. Even with ephedra in a grey area between being completely outlawed and legal for sale in small-dose versions, it does not affect the WNBF’s banned substances list.
Ephedra is still banned by the WNBF. Stay away from it!

2006 LIST OF INBF BANNED SUBSTANCES

The following substances and related compounds are banned by the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) and their use constitutes grounds for dismissal from WNBF, competitions and suspension from membership privileges in the organization.

ANABOLIC STEROIDS. Including but not limited to bolasterone, boldenone, chioroxomesterone (dyhdrochlormethyltesterone), clostebol, fluoxymesterone, mesterolone, methandienone, methyltestosterone, nandrolone, norethandrolone, oxandrolone, oxymetholone, stanozolol, testosterone and all other related compounds.

TESTOSTERONE (injections, patches, gels) in any form or for any reason.

TESTOSTERONE/EPITESTOSTERONE RATIO The T/E ratio is used to measure the presence of exogenous testosterone, or illicit elevation of testosterone levels. A T/E ratio in excess of 6/1 is ruled as positive, no matter what the cause. Note: Should the use of any substance cause an elevated T/E ratio in excess of the 6/1 limit, the athlete will be ruled as positive (failure).

GROWTH HORMONES (PHARMACEUTICAL HGH, HCG and any other related compounds). Oral, spray or sublingual GH compounds are banned effective January 1, 2001.

HORMONES AND ALL PRECURSORS & METABOLITES, DERIVATIVES AND RELATED COMPOUNDS The use of any hormone (injectable, oral, sublingual or otherwise) for bodybuilding purposes – including insulin – is strictly prohibited. All hormonal precursors (DHEA, androstenedione, 19-norandrostenedione, androstenediol, 5-AD, 7-KetoDHEA, androsteneTRIONE, etc.) are banned effective January 1, 2000. Prescription Thyroid hormone medication when used for bodybuilding purposes is banned. Pro-Steroids (1-Test), etc. are banned effective January 1, 2000. The presence of any banned substance in the urine (i.e., nandrolone, etc.), no matter how it arrived there, is ruled as a positive (failure).

PRESCRIPTION DIURETICS. Any and all prescription weight-loss substances and diuretics, used for bodybuilding purposes, even when physician-prescribed, are banned by the INBF.

EPHEDRINE, EPHEDRA AND ALL RELATED COMPOUNDS are banned effective July 1, 2004.

PSYCHOMOTOR STIMULANTS.

MUSCLE IMPLANTS OF ANY KIND.

CHEMICALS/DRUGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DECEIVING OR PASSING THE POLYGRAPH TEST.

CLENBUTEROL AND GHB (since 1992).

ANY ILLEGAL OR ILLICIT BODYBUILDING DRUG OR SUBSTANCE.

ANY FDA-BANNED SUBSTANCE EXCEPT IF SPECIFICALLY OTHERWISE INDICATED.

ANY IOC-BANNED SUBSTANCE EXCEPT IF SPECIFICALLY OTHERWISE INDICATED.

U.S. EPHEDRA BAN NOW OFFICIAL
Sales of ephedra were halted on April 12 nationwide as the ban of this controversial weight-loss product was made official. The move came after a federal judge in New Jersey rejected a last-ditch bid by a manufacturer to keep the weight-loss and bodybuilding aid on the market, according to an April 13 report in the New York Post.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Joel Pisano outlawed the sales of ephedra and all related products (ephedrine included) when he rejected a request from NVE Pharmaceuticals ú a drug firm in Andover, N.J. ú for a temporary restraining order to stop the ban from going into effect.

The FDA has said ephedra is a dangerous stimulant that raises blood pressure, jolts the circulatory system and is particularly risky for those who have heart disease or high blood pressure. It is also contraindicated for those who do strenuous exercise (as all bodybuilders do).

In effect, the rejection of NVE's temporary restraining order request lets the FDA's April 12 final ban date stay in effect. All sales of ephedra are now illegal in the U.S.
WNBF BAN STARTS JULY 1

The WNBF has officially banned ephedra, ephedrine and all related compounds since July 1, 2004. If you have purchased a backlog of this supplement and are holding it for future use, please note that you will be tested for its use starting July 1. So dump your stash and get off ephedra by this date!

Here we go, its always somebody who doesn't have the dedication and motivation it takes to be in the gym everyday and constantly eat right everday that thinks I'm unnatural, LMFAO, I could care less if you believe it or not, all that matters is that my family, friends, fans and judges at my contest know I am natural. Thanks for your supporting comments guys. Fortunately my grandfather is the reason I have great legs. This guy didn't retire from his trash business until he was in his late 70's, his legs are f**king huge too and the guy is in his early 80's now, thanks grandpa! lol. I only train legs once a week because they grow so easily, if I did it more than that I wouldn't be able to obtain the physique I want to have.

You don't know anything about this sport, WNBF is one of the most rigid organizations out there in respect to AAS testing. This isn't muscle mania, he absolutely couldn't compete if he was on. Period.

So he's natural.

Forget the internet fighting. The man is a certified WNBF pro whose rules for being natural are stringent. There shouldn't be any jealousy because we all come in various shapes and sizes; which gives each one of us our own identity. Give the man credit for not only working hard but daring to post his pictures in this forum for all to see and all to critique (within reason).
