    Arrow Workout Routine

I only workout 3 days a week and very intense for about 45min-1hr. I read that it's a good bulking workout.

    Mon- Chest/Tri's/Shoulders

    Thurs- Legs/Abs

    Sat- Bi's/Back

This has been working good for me and I have been getting bigger and a lot stronger. But I rest for 6 days before I use the same muscle again. The problem is that I feel like I am fully recovered after 3-4 days. Would working out each muscle every 3-4 days instead of every 6 be worse or better for bulking? I'm not exactly sure if even though I feel recovered that my muscles are really ok.

I think you should stick to what your already doing. If your gettin bigger and stronger there's no need to change it, and you could end up overtraining.

It looks good to me, 3 days a week is more than enough. As for your question, you may not feel sore after 3-4 days, but that doesn't mean you've recovered yet.
