As of right now im just on NO-Xplode for before a workout and then I take Whey protien after. I'm really looking for a new supplement with a bigger impact. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

For starting out i think everyone will agree on the basics:
creatine
whey protein
multivitamin
fish oil
casein
FOOD
edit: if you are noticing the NO-XPLODE helping then it's fine to stick with it.Height - 6ft
3/06 - 150lbs (~15-16% bf)
3/07 - 170lbs (~13% bf)
12/10 - 185lbs (10% bf)
8/2012 - 185lbs (~8%) Squat: 340, DL: 405, BP:255, MP: 160
