Looking for a good Fiber supplement

i'm currently looking for a good every day fiber supplement to add to my diet, Could someone make some recommendations.

I use Kroger's sugar free version of Metamucil (I am sure Target and Walmart have it too). I mix it in twice a day with my supplemental protein. I crap like crazy, but it beats getting other problems.

Sugar free Walmart metamucil rip off. That and oatmeal. Both are dirt cheap. Milled flax seeds sometimes too, but I don't use them regularly anymore.

Assuming your question is serious.....same place as all the other health care supplement type things. Most often it is in the same aisle as all the other digestive tract things like Pepto Bismol, Immodium, etc.

Benefiber should be fine, but unless you are on a carb-restricted diet, you should really be trying to get enough dietary fiber in via whole grains and vegetables.

Most fiber supplements aren't worth it. If you take Metamucil in the capsule form, you have to choke down 6 big-ass pills and 2-weeks worth will cost you close to $10. And all you get is 3g of dietary fiber.

You can get 3g from an extra cup of broccolli.

I would recommend just eating more vegetables.
Also oats have something like 4g fiber per 1/2 cup.
But yeah, use metamucil if you are really in need of a fiber supplements.

Guys i find a good way to get alot of fiber is to buy those low carb wraps. They have like 15 carbs and 8 of which is fiber. I use them with Tuna, chicken or whatever. Sometimes i eat 2 or 3 a day which gives me a good supply of fiber along with the veggies i eat.
