HEllo all i am 17 , 5"9 and from next month i want to start training, I have been putting on weight last few months by eating more than usual + protein shake but havent been doing excercise or weights (going to start next month just need the weight 1st) . I am 10.5 stone which i think is 147 pounds. I want to get bulked , muscled like ruby player build. Yes i am anoob. Heres a pic, just wanted to know if i have potential? p.s this my first time starting this sorta stuff
