need mass builder for rear delts

i could squat more if I had somewhere to put the damn bar. i need huge rear delts. give me every excersize you know.

face pulls work decent for me. raises and rotator cuff excersizes just arent cutting it. rows to the upper chest don't really help me much. what can i do? how about traing them 3x a week since they are a small muscle group?

the only thing that hit my rear delts hard was when i layed on a bench and had a heavy barbell loaded underneath the bench. you do a partial row.

    try it once

Try reverse pec deck. If not, try bent over side laterals with dumbells.

These all hit the posterior delts:

    A) Reverse pec dec
    B) seated rear lateral raises
    C) cable rows to neck with elbows out
    D) Lying dumbbell rear laterals
    E) dumbbell rows with elbow out
    F) Lying barbell rows

I rotate B and C in my program. The exercise Jeremys mentioned is probably your best bet for mass, but I personally can't do those due to the way my bench is designed.
