    Safe supplements to aid bulking

    So, my friend gave me a bottle of SD and I've been looking in to all the necessary supplements and reading the logs. I'm curious if anyone uses the same or similar stacks without the SD and still sees muscle gains? It seems that things like Rebound or Retain may work even without taking SD?

    Any comments?

    See, I just met a wonderful woman and I don't want to start SD and get really aggressive then take it out on her and ruin my chances. So, I'm looking for ways to aid my lifting without taking products with the side effects of SD.


    Stats: 151 lbs 5'6" 27 years old
    I lift 5 days a week (one body part a day) with Saturday as a misc. make-up and cardio day.

    Right now I'm only taking multivitamins and 160-200grams of protein a day.

    I'm still new to the whole scene so I appreciate any help. By the way, I'll keep searching. I just wanted to put my situation out there in case what I found by searching wasn't exactly the same thing.

    Just dont take it then. i your bulking just keep eating a bunch of clean foods, along with your Multi and your set. Get some Creatine if you want as well.

    I agree with Renthal, eat clean, keep up your protein intake, stay with the multivitamin, and grab some creatine to see how you like it. Try that type of combo first before you go on to something like SD - who knows, you might be perfectly happy with the results you get from the protein+creatine combo and they are much safer.

    After you make sure your diet is in check, start out with something like:

    Protein
    Creatine
    Multivitamin
    BCAA
    ZMA
    Fish Oil/Flax Seed Oil

    and you should be satisfied with the results. If not, then add a natural test booster perhaps. You'll see good gains with this.

    Good advice, guys. Thanks. I guess I'll slowly work into all this. I seem to make good gains each week so I'll start with continuing that. By the way, I do eat pretty well...good fats, good carbs and almost no crap food. I lost a lot of weight before I started by changing my diet so I think I'm pretty well off there.

    I'm going to go against everyone else here and say do the cycle. Obviously you will need to take your time, do the research, wait until you are ready, and make your own decision. There is not much evidence anywhere that this causes unrepairable damage or any damage really.

    I took my time, did the research, got everything required, and had a problem free cycle. There are countless others out there that have done the same, and I have no doubt that you can too
