I've been seeing these guys wear these foil running suits at the gym, I saw one in the store the other day and it says on the package it suppose to help you shread some fat while doing cardio. Do these things actually work? I would assume they trap in your body heat and help you sweat more, is there any truth sweating = more fat loss?

No, they will not help you lose fat.
If you are purposely trying to dehydrate yourself they work, gullible people think they work because the scale goes down, but its just water weight."The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible." - Richard M. DeVos
