I need to really boost my calories cause im at 145lbs right now and thats way to skinny. so ive been trying everything. ive tried store bought weightgainers and homemade weightgainers but i always get the same result.
it is always hard for me to drink, so it takes about 20-30 mins to finish. but after i finish i feel bloated, i loose my apetite for hours, sometimes most of the day and i always have to wait like an hr or two after drinking to workout. i always get rock hard ****s about 30mins after drinking, so it feels like that whole shake is gone to waist since most of it was undigestable.
and the point of drinking weight gainers isnt to really replace meals but instead its to assist with your daily diet, but by the time i get my appetite back its already to late to get alot more meals in, so if anything it is working like a weightloss product because i could never eat that much after drinking them.
so maybe i should just stick to regular foods and low calorie(not so filling) protein shakes. what should i put into my daily diet?
i have loads of tuna, so i like eating that daily, and also PB sandwiches, eggs, cheese, milk...what else?
