Mayo can fit into your macronutrients if you make it. It's not horrible, just a little dense on the fat side. Theres always fat free mayo or low-fat as well.

Mayo rules -- just eat it. (Unless you really can't afford it fat and cals wise, in your diet, and then lemon juice + black pepper works well.)

May sound weird but I use non-fat plain yogurt. Especially good on a salmon sandwich.

Go to your local healthfood store and ask for Veganaise, I believe thats how you spell it. Its got canola oil, apple cider vinager, soy protein and a few other ingredients that I can't remember off the top of my head. Its a pretty solid product and tastes just like mayo. No eggs and no preservatives.

    Forget the fancy ****.

You put cream cheese on it. I have been doing this for over a year and it tastes fantastic. There is no better way to eat tuna. It is also perfectly healthy and complimentary to a bodybuilding diet.

Yeah, here's a suggestion. Stop believing all the crap you read about things like Mayo being bad for you. (Or fats in general). Eat the damn mayonaise. And don't by the low fat, low whatever crap that's probably filled with 10x's more junk than the regular stuff.

Yeah the ingredients in regular mayo aren't really anything to be scared of :
INGREDIENTS: SOYBEAN OIL, WATER, WHOLE EGGS AND EGG YOLKS, VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR, LEMON JUICE, NATURAL FLAVORS, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA (USED TO PROTECT QUALITY).

Lite mayo on the other hand.... :
INGREDIENTS: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, VINEGAR, WHOLE EGGS AND EGG YOLKS, MODIFIED CORN STARCH**, SUGAR, SALT, LEMON JUICE, (SORBIC ACID**, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA) USED TO PROTECT QUALITY, XANTHAN GUM**, PHOSPHORIC ACID**, CITRIC ACID, DL ALPHA TOCOPHEROL ACETATE (VITAMIN E), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL** FLAVORS (CONTAIN SOY LECITHIN), BETA-CAROTENE** (FOR COLOR), PHYTONADIONE (VITAMIN K), PAPRIKA OLEORESIN.
    **INGREDIENTS NOT IN MAYONNAISE.

Fat content is not the only factor to take into consideration when choosing.

    try this:

put mustard in a cup, add olive oil, mashed garlic and lemon juice, then mix. I love this sauce. Tastes great, it's natural and healthy. Goes great with meat and fish.

Miracle whip is an extremely bad alternative:

Ingredients: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, VINEGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, EGG YOLKS, SALT, MUSTARD FLOUR, ARTIFICIAL COLOR, POTASSIUM SORBATE AS A PRESERVATIVE, SPICE, PAPRIKA, NATURAL FLAVOR, DRIED GARLIC.

Make some homemade:Take 2 egg yolks and put in a blender add a 1/2 tsp of salt, cayanne, dry mustard and with the motor running slowly add 1 and 1/2 cups of EVOO and adjust with some lemon juice.......how easy is that and you friggin well know what's in it.....C'mon guys it's only cooking.
One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.
