Mayo can fit into your macronutrients if you make it. It's not horrible, just a little dense on the fat side. Theres always fat free mayo or low-fat as well.
Height- 5'6

Dymatize Elite W.P
Universal Storm EVF
Flax Oil
L-Glutamine

i just use enough mayo for the tuna to stick together
Maybe it's hatred I spew, maybe it's food for the spirit
Maybe it's beautiful music I made for you to just cherish
But I'm debated disputed hated and viewed in America
as a motherf**kin drug addict - like you didn't experiment?
Now now, that's when you start to stare at who's in the mirror
and see yourself as a kid again, and you get embarrased
And I got nothin to do but make you look stupid as parents
You f**kin do-gooders - too bad you couldn't do good at marriage!

Yeah the ingredients in regular mayo aren't really anything to be scared of :
INGREDIENTS: SOYBEAN OIL, WATER, WHOLE EGGS AND EGG YOLKS, VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR, LEMON JUICE, NATURAL FLAVORS, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA (USED TO PROTECT QUALITY).
Lite mayo on the other hand.... :
INGREDIENTS: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, VINEGAR, WHOLE EGGS AND EGG YOLKS, MODIFIED CORN STARCH**, SUGAR, SALT, LEMON JUICE, (SORBIC ACID**, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA) USED TO PROTECT QUALITY, XANTHAN GUM**, PHOSPHORIC ACID**, CITRIC ACID, DL ALPHA TOCOPHEROL ACETATE (VITAMIN E), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL** FLAVORS (CONTAIN SOY LECITHIN), BETA-CAROTENE** (FOR COLOR), PHYTONADIONE (VITAMIN K), PAPRIKA OLEORESIN.
**INGREDIENTS NOT IN MAYONNAISE.
Fat content is not the only factor to take into consideration when choosing.I have no signature.

Miracle whip is an extremely bad alternative:
Ingredients: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, VINEGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, EGG YOLKS, SALT, MUSTARD FLOUR, ARTIFICIAL COLOR, POTASSIUM SORBATE AS A PRESERVATIVE, SPICE, PAPRIKA, NATURAL FLAVOR, DRIED GARLIC.
Make some homemade:Take 2 egg yolks and put in a blender add a 1/2 tsp of salt, cayanne, dry mustard and with the motor running slowly add 1 and 1/2 cups of EVOO and adjust with some lemon juice.......how easy is that and you friggin well know what's in it.....C'mon guys it's only cooking. One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.
