    good work with the chest, work on your shoulders more, im getting the feeling you program looks something like this

    Mon: Bench+ Abs+ Curls
    Tues: Off
    Wed: Bench+ abs + curls
    Thurs: off
    Fri: Bench+ abs+ curls

    IMO id say work on your shoulders doing like millitary presses and side lateral raises. And your chest could use a little work, whats your routine look like? But we cant tell much else from those pictures. See if you can take a full body pic with legs included and such.
