Question Abdominals What is your favorite exercise?

I like doing decline sit ups with punch out drills at the top...and i like using the ab roller at the end of my ab routine for burn out.

my least favorite is hanging knee and leg raises my legs start trembling and it tickles.

Why gravitate instantly to thinking someone is just trying to get a swashboard stomach? I do plenty of heavy ab work during the week and it has nothing to do with my abs looking good- I do it because I want a strong core so that my big lifts dont suffer.

For the original poster- I prefer cable crunches and knee raises.

Hold a weighted ball or small medicine ball between your knees and then crunch like a madman. Actually squeezing your your knees together (especially when holding something there in place) forces you to utilize your abs more than doing regular crunches.
