    School for 5 hours straight What should I eat?

    I am on a cutting diet and was just wondering what I should eat between my 2 classes (one is 3 hours long the other is 2 hours long and only 10 minute break between them) What should I eat?

    While I'm sure it wouldn't be acceptable to break out a plate, knife and fork... however, a protein shake in some sort of portable bottle would be perfect.

    protien shake would be ok (if you have a cooler), maybe with something like a granola bar,
    a low carb protien bar and a banana,
    ive put a can of tuna in a zip lock bag before and eaten that on breaks along with a piece of fruit,
    personally the protien bar and banana (and maybe some yogurt if you have a cooler) is my favorite for a light snack, due to convenience.

    i think the best thing to eat,and also not to be considered as a psycho from your classmates is a low carb protein bar or a small whole wheat tuna,chicken or turkey sandwich or a 18 oz bottle of skim milk

    Easy as pie. One of the things i take to work to eat every day. 4 hard boiled eggs. Fill you up, good protein, no mess. boil a dozen at a time, and just grab 4 outta the fridge in the morning before you leave.

    I think protein bar would be the best thing to not make myself look like a queer lol (tuna and stuff everyones gonna laugh at my fatass for trying to eat like a bodybuilder......at least the protein bar they won't know what it is ) Anyways does a protein bar really fill you up?

    If you are needing to cut, I'd do keto and then it's Planter's Mixed Nuts that I'd reccomend.

    4 oz = 700ish cal. Mostly fat, little carb, little protein.

    Yea, they will fill you up (for a little while). Find a low carb bar that you can eat, for me it is the pure protien chocolate chip.
    You might also want to get some carbs (even if you are cutting) since it is early in the day. I would still get a low carb bar, and just add something with less sugary carbs like bread or a granola bar or something.

    i have the exact same problem. the school cafeteria is certainly not geared towards a BB lifestyle. Today im bringing 2 cans of tuna in water, a can opener, plastic forks and a tupperwear full of roasted almonds. i just open 'em up, drain them in a garbage can and eat the tuna right outta the can. i thought about the liquid meals and all but i have WAAAY too many books to carry around this term to be dealing with bottles and shakers and whatnot

    Hey guys i can't understand all that...why don't you just pack a small whole wheat sandwich with tuna or chicken or a chicken breast with almonds(if u r in keto),or,best of all,a small bottle of milk.I can't believe that there is no milk availiable in the cafeteria of your school/college
