INTRO:
hey, im 19, 6 ft 1, and around 200ibs, bench 325 and am healing up from a back injury from sqauting 725, im training hard again, but not full out, ive used anabolics, and will again in the fall/winter season. Log will be detailed, intro will not be.
Day 1:
Label says take 2 to 3 tabs twice a day, im taking 4 before workouts only, ive used niox, no2, nitrix, white blood, superpump250, glycergrow, lots of "pump" products, and all only work directly before lifting for me.
My workout today was just kinda getting my body used to the extra muscle ive been putting on due to a cycle with test e/c, dbol and deca that is winding down. Its kinda a half ass HIT workout, saying half ass because i train light and focused in order to tear down muscle apropraitely, it feels half ass cuz im used to training for strength, anyway i gained 40 ibs last yr using these moderate workouts. (from avoiding overtraining).
Im currently taking care of my joints, and focusing on lowering weight and squeezing out reps, working muscle, saving joints and keeping from injury.
Today i benched and inclined (used same weights) 135x15
185x10
225x5 for two sets
this gave me a tight feeling in my muscles, i, kept the pump going with a set of pec dec flys
Next i hit shoulders with overhead presses, 4 sets of 8 reps with 50ib dumbells
pumped up side delts with a high rep set with 25s until failure.
I then hit 5 sets of 8 reps on tricep push downs and did 5 sets of concentration curls with 40ib dumbells, everything felt nice and pumped, and didnt feel overworked or exhausted, i think ill keep this training up til i hit 225 mark, however loing that will be, then i think ill train for strength again.

Aight, ive been doing HIT workouts for one hour, just about every day, a lotta people wouldnt do it, but im blessed with being very good at powerlifting for just starting, so im still getting srtonger every time.
The Pump is rediculous, ive tried Nitrix, no2, Niox, white blood, the fizogen ****, all of it, and NONE have worked as good as the initial doasages of NOS PRECURSER, im not sure if the insulin mimicking complex is incredible at nutrient repartitioning or what, but this is working better than lipogen mass worked for me the last time u bulked like this, my weight dropped to 197 today yet all my muslces were very fun and looked bigger, leaner and more vascular. The pump really amplifies training and mood, i get all happy when im pumped up on NOS PRECURSER,. i lifted with one of my olf lifting buddies from about a year ago and he was shocked when i proceeded to work on my technique by 1 repping 315 until i felt my hold was correct, and then beggining with a bench sqaut deadlift and leg press workout.
Anyway, so far this is beyond rediculous, and i never even recieved this from NOS ETHER, IMO the NOS ether powder was as good as this, but costlier, and the NOS ETHER caps sucked balls, but these NOS PRECURSERS are out of this world, keep in mind i use 4 tabs twice a day, because my weight usually surpasses 200, and i train twice a day including cardio.
Nice man! Looks like some suprising sides from this product like the strength, etc. Just to clarify, you said you are taking 4 tablets twice per day in your last post. Does that mean 8 total tablets?

I think on the new instructions Im going to say if your over 200lbs to take 2-4 2X a day.
I went with 2 or 3 because most people go for the highest amount possible, but most 200lb+ people have been using 4 a day, when they should use at least 6.

Thats another reason why i didnt put 4/4 for people over 200lbs, most people dont follow the water intake directions, then they say "oh im getting headaches" and stop the product. Also I didnt even realize Nitrix says to take 9 tabs a day and NO2 says something like 400 a day (no really about 12+ for my weight).

sounds good chuck, also, i have not gotten a single headache or cramp, today is actually my b day so im not lifting today, but ill most likely hit two training sessions tomaro, i think im gunna do an AM upperbody HIT lift, and a pm lower body HIT, ill let you know how it goes tomarow. Today im taking two pills AM and 2 PM since im just taking it easy and lying around all day.

Chuck, just to let you know, I was a pretty good caffein junkie before I started NOS Precursor and I was real worried about the headaches since I went cold turkey off of it. Only a couple times did I get slight headaches since I started but I immediately drank about 12 oz. of water and they were gone as fast as they came.

Alright my workout went very well today, was very short because i was at a gym that was less than stellar with one of my best friends, who i hate to lift with, but he begs me evry day cuz im the biggest guy he knows, hes one of the folks that is obsessed with throwing every steroid in his body and only doing toning type lifts (like db curls for 10sets instead of a bench, dead, sqaut type lift like i do)
Anyway, i learned i cant currently bench 325, but after failing i blasted up 315 after a few minutes rest
I went light on sqauts, in the 6 to 12 rep range, going way light due to back injuries, and lack on stablitilty in ankle with healing torn tendon.
I hit inclines as well, but my partner had left by this point, lol, so i had to use moderate weights unfortunately
i finished off with shoulder isolation using two different front raises, then i finished with side and rear delts (1 set each)
This was a short workout for me, still lasted prolly an hour since i take long breaks between sets when i max out and such
Anyway, the pump was still there, i have a lil headache jsut from the fact i need to stop smoking, but i still feel like this is a killer product, and have been getting stronger every workout, i feel like if i can get my sleep down better i would literally be able to lift hard, like powerlifting style 7 days a week, i wouldnt do it, for fear of way overtraining, but the muscular energy is there with NOS PRECURSER fer sure.
I'll have a more serious lift tomaro morning first thing, i feel my workout today was really killed by lack of having proper support from my usual team of supporters, this worries me as im elaving for college in 12 days and will have to search hard for a workout partner, im hoping my best friend, who i mentioned earlier, finally gets in his stupid hgh cycle and startes finally lifting hard every day, if he can get his **** together he can be a great workout partner, as he knows my body and can critique it, however my current partners really push me to keep my physique pushed to limits so i can kill the competitve scene once im on it.
My weight is 203, height still 6ft1 (generous, prolly 6ft). I'm aiming to be 250 by next summer.

Anyway if you want to bench 325 but can get 315. On your next flat day, what ever 2 sets you do before the 325, do 2 less reps and 10 less lbs on those sets. Then take 5 min. extra rest before the 325.
About the creatine basically any creatine kre alk, cee, even creatine mono, but I would go with cee or kre-alk. I know more about kre-alk, u could do 2g kre-alk pre and 2g post workout with 2g non-workout days 1X a day.
With CEE u usually need the same amount as mono. a day, 5g+.

ya im stopping smoking, with my main reasoning being that i want to become diesel, lol, but seriously hopefully the pack i finished today will be my last tobacco cigarette.
ok this morning i did emoty stomach cardio walking up a hill behind my house for 30 min, after i eat breakfast ill mow my yard and proceed to hit the gym for about 90 min this afternoon.
I havent done cardio since i weighed 180, im 203 right now, it WAS SO HARD. Not because of my lungs but because my leg muslces just got so tight, it felt half like i was just recieving a rediculous leg pump which is not usually acheived through cardio, but, it also felt like i need to do cardio every day for the sake of my leg strength.
Anyway, im not sure whether i just got a rediculous pump or what the deal was, i had a tight ass, swole ass set of legs after walking at a reasonable pace, wasnt expected, but was a cool surprise, im asuming the same will happen both in my mowing the lawn, and my arms workout tonight, ill repost around 8 mountain time with how the rest of my days working out went.
O BTW my diet is very high calorie, a lotta protein, but nothing is set oin stone, a fair amount of junk food, its strait up off season until i weigh 250, then ill tone, ill be getting a lot of alcohol calories tonight, as i got a 750ml of blurberi stoli for a lil celbration tonight, anyway, even with cheating on diet, im vascular, and rediculously muscular, for the first time ever i have the big frame instead of the freaky muscular since my bodyfat is usually rediculously low, i still have a 6pack that would look good on a BB stage, im asuming my bf is 10% tops
i ended up not drinking too much at all last night, i was up very early today, and had a great workout.
i went in just to do arms, but ive been slacking a lil lately, and my body is just natural growing broader in bone structure, so i felt like id pump up a few other muscles after i finished a 32 set bicep/tricep workout. AFTER a 32 set arm workout that was intense and lasted an hour aprox, i picked up dumbells and did about 6 diff positioned isolation raises to maximize the pump in all 3 parts of the shoulder muscle (i LOVE how easy it is to pump and my msucles/m,ake them full on NP).
Then i went over to the dumbell rack picked up 2 100ib db's, pressed 10x, picked up the 120's, which my gym just revieved and bench it 4x
120ib'ers for 4 reps was amazing, it felt really good to do that just when i was messing around at the end of a workout, i cant even explain how incredible that was.
My workout today was good, this is a really legit product

but i hadnt done cardio since basketball season (7 months ago) and just started last week. Man, i almost died just walking...lol...all the old ladies were kicking my ass on the treadmill

cause i havnt notice too much pump yet but today i experience some insane streangth gains for squats!
chuck ive done niox at 12 caps a day (no results)
blitz cycle and no2 and nitrix all at 18 tabs a day (good resluts)
nos ether poder and pill-at recomended dose (cuz it worked even woith low doses)
white blood at recomended dosage (didnt get anything from it)
anyway i had a 26 set back workout yesterday, went with generally two light sets for every one heavy set, this workout was kinda more to strenghten and heal my back instead of build huge ronnie lats
i just hit two sets of like every back workout i could think, all variations and everything: important is that it still included deadlifts, shrugs, bent over rows, so it wasnt by any means an easy workout
i woke up late for the workout and mixed breakfast due to the time crunch, i still had a powerfull and pumped workout, just a lil lethargic in between sets (which i prefer)
today i woke up and ran 10 minutes as fast as i can up a hill, then took about five to keep sprinting back down the hill and to my house which is at the bottom of that hill, i proceded to run both sprints and knee highs for another ten minutes, then did 16 sets of abs/obliques, im getting new running shoes and some kind of digital music player in a few hrs so from tomaro on ill do cardio every day, all keep yall postes on it, i didnt get the crazy legh pump,but its because ive been on an empty stomach with the exception of NP and amino acid caps, ill hit the weights tomaro, but im letting my physique streamline so im only lifting about 4 days a week
Overall ive already felt a drop off in efectiveness compared to nos ether powder, but the nos ether caps werent as good as Nos Precuser, im excited to see how the new ether turns out (with c-akg and all)
I stopped smoking tobacco, ive been chewing just to ease out instead of quit cold turkey, but im using less tobaco and quitting will help me run better/lift more without feeling winded (i got very winded today)

ya, sorry about that, ive been on this product for 14 days, started at 8 a day, now at 6, will keep at 6. tomarow ill be benching, ill be going all out since my goal is to come back for winter break and be benching 400, ill also begin to attempt higher weights again on lower body excersizes (be able to EASILY sqaut and deadlift 400 as well)
my inspiration is that about a month ago my good good friend left to go play footall at Maryland, and it sucks i wasnt going there with him or doing something as substantial, our last day training together was when i hit 325 and i believe he was almost at 500 (his bodyweight is over 300 and hes an incredible athlete, even a great sprinter)
furthermore, i trained some short sprints with my fast ass dogg.
i did 10 sets on 30 yard sprints and was both happy and sad with the workout, one thing ive realised is that i simply cannout move even moderate quickly without severe pain in both of my ankles (ive torn 4 of my 6 ankle tendons, and was not even able to walk without crutches until 8 weeks ago, (tore in december) however, i feel theres a possibilty i could rebuild these via jogging and sprinting, i was told it simply would not re-heal without surgery but i couldnt afford surgery, therefore i toughed it out, im still walking on a half stable base, i walk very tipsy and get leg spasms a lot, but i believe within the year i can rebuild my tendon strength to be able to compete in sports again.
I havent lifted the last two days, becasue both yesterday the last two days ive went on 3 hr hikes instead (just to switch things up for a change) but today i hit a crazy shoulder and arms lift
I went with 4 excersizes x4 sets for each of the three muscles i worked: Delts, Bis and Tris
Started off with Shoulder Press, CGBP, BB/DB Curls (the mass builders/basics)
and worked down to isolation excersizes for each muscle
Weights were all normal, as ive been focusing on a lot of cardio, but if i hadnt been i would be able to hav hit more compound lifts, however, im loving the DEISELIN, and its leaning/repartitioning effects IMO this is the best part of the prod------so CHUCK thats probably the most important part of this product, i think of it like this: GXR (or similar advanced ALA prod) PLUS a no2 product. It seems like usually i just get the repartition, or the pump, im getting both and im not even using creatine, im sure once i get a new tub of creatine ill shoot my BW to 210 within a week.
My cardio is getting easier/more fun,i actually love to run, so i could possibly see myself losing a little muscle so that i could run road races and such in the next yr, but who knows, ill prolly get sick of running once its winter and its snowy or icy outside
I dont have all too long left testing NP, but i can def recomend it as the only NO2 product you would ever need, its 25$ at the bb.com store and its better than many higher end (price wise) no2 products, this pump kills a typical argenine pump, this feels more like a true nutrient pump thats coming from the repartitioning effect.
Furthermore, i believe theres Taurine in the new ETHER product, good good good, thats one supp that i feel i should never be without, i ran out of my NOW Taurine a month or two ago and my life hasnt been the same since
