So I'm trying to build a healthy diet for myself and that means counting in everything I take in... I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find the nutritional values of all sorts of fruits and vegtables... See when you buy them in the store they don't come with nutrition labels on them so I don't really know what I'm eating. That could be dangerous. Anyone got a chart or something? I'd appreciate it so much! Also how do I account for the fact that some fruits or vegtables might be bigger/smaller, some may be more in season or out of season also and I would think all these factors could really change the nutritional value a little?
