Ok so today at GNC I bought GNC BCAA 1800, GNC L-Gluatimine and Phos****en Hp. My question is when and how much of all these I should take. Alone with these I take Anator after my workouts and take Mega Whey Extreme Protein. Your feedback is greatly appreciate.
