OK so I am 29 years old 184 with 14% body fat.
I have taken a couple of Test boosters in the past. This will be my first time doing this kind of compound. In about 2 weeks I am going to start a cycle of Methyl 1 Alpha for 3 weeks and use Formadrol Extreme for PCT.
I will also be taking extra Hawthorne Berry and Milk Thistle while on the cylce and PCT. I will be following the exact instructions on the bottle.
I read on another thread that the Formadrol Extreme is a joke for PCT, is this true? Should I be taking any other supplements besides protein of course, and good food while on this cycle?
I want to be smart about this so any of your input would be awesome.

Please keep me informed as to how your M1A cycle is going. I would like to hear your experience with it.
And yeah, I'm not big on the Formadrol either. It would work better if it were an injectable. Hey, can always go to Europe.

After reading some other formadrol extreme reviews, it seems like the product isn't that intense. The problem wasn't sides; it was more that people didn't notice any effects! How did your cycle end up going?

For what it's worth, I used Formadrol Extreme as PCT after a Methyl 1-D cycle and it seemed to work just fine.
