Trance recomendations thread
Ok , I see a lot of trance fans here (and some mislabeling it as techno) . If you really like this genre , I suggest you get a hold of these albums , this coming from someone who´s been to Whitesensation and Dance Valley festivals in Europe.

similar, but no. i'm new to this ****, so i'm still trying to figure it out. us listening to electronica is like someone from a tribe in the amazon listening to rock. it's all the same to them, but to us, we can hear the different sub-genres and such.

Robert Miles, the whole Dreamland album.. listen to it daily
That's more of my thing, really chill and relaxed. Tiesto's ISOS 1 and Just be, anything by Chicane and Oakenfold's Creamfields are also really up there on my list
When you start getting into the more edgy, techno-ish stuff that sounds more like the Crystal Method I just can't get into it

Check out any albums by Clubland - Clubland 8 and Clubland 9 are the most recent.
Of course, Ministry of Sounds' 'The Annual' is always solid.
Most of this stuff is European dance, trance and house - and not 'pop dance/trance' like you year in clubs here in North America.

DJ Micro is my favorite Trance DJ.
Noone here has mentioned George Acosta. I think he's as good as ATB.
For the person wanting to know the difference between Trance, Drum&Bass, Breakbeats, House, etc...iTunes Electronica radio stations have specific ones for each genre. It's a good way to help teach you the difference
Heh another edit...XTC radio is probably the coolest of the iTunes station
