I currently take in about 50-60 grams per day. 40 grams from my 2 servings of swolen, a banana, about 8 grams in the tomato sauce i use for my whole wheat pasta, plus the random 1 or 2 grams contained in the other food i eat. is this too much? My goal is to lose a bit of body fat and add a little lean mass. Before you say its impossible to do that at the same time, I'm not trying to get pro body builder big or cut. I'm extremly out of shape right now due to a back injury and the boredom/depression eating that came with it, and i'm just trying to get back to where I was. i just started a cycle of hst and do uphill walking for 30 mins on non-lifting days. my supplements are swolen, bcaa pills, whey, glutamine, a multi-vit, fish oil, and zma. i eat 6 times a day, 3 food meals, 3 based around my whey shakes
