Couple questions about this poduct. Is it a stim and can I use it while on a stim break from caffeine? I'm also confused as to when and how much I should dose , I heard you have to be fasting while you take it and it must be taken on an empty stomach

It is not a stimulant, the theory is that the Rauwolfia Serpentina ingredient works best when in an insulin deprived state.

It has like >5mg of stims, so ya i'd call it non-stim. For alpha-y to have the desired effect you need 2 hours without food, then dose, then 2 hours without food. A good time to take it would be right when you get up, so then you only need 2 hours until you can eat. Or, if you don't eat before bed, take it before bed if you haven't ingested any food in 2 hours. Otherwise if you want to do it in the day, you'll have 4 hours where you can't eat.

lol @ classifying things by the dose of the stimulant, rather than the potency.

the original poster clearly said he is on a stimulant break. rauwolscine will increase circulating catecholamines by virtue of a2 blockage, which will further downregulate peripheral receptors. so it would be counterintuitive to use rawolscine on a stimulant break

Serious? damn lol, I can use it then.. there is no time in the day I am going 4 hours without eating. Are we talking carbs blunting the effects, or all food in general.

the sympathomimetic is best taken on an empty stomach...

i have taken up to 5 in a day, 2 at a time, after testing my personal tolerance to this ingredient. very effective and amazing stacker.

Regardless of that info i didn't know (saved now for further reading), i don't advise AB on a stim break simply because it seems to stack well with stimulants. Some synergy that i wouldn't be able to explain, but it's there.

how is that news to you? yohimbine antagonizing the a2 adrenoreceptor is its only stimulant modality. no direct agonism or direct releasing effects
