I want to increase size of my middle chest.I'm doing some chest exercises but I would like to know some suggestions and advice from whom experienced well about this body part.
Which exercises do you suggest?How many reps should I do?
My current chest routine is:
Incline bench press 100 lbs x 12 - 120 lbs x 10 - 140 lbs x 8 (in last rep I can't do without support because my left arm is weaker

) and 160 lbs x 2
Decline bench press 120 lbs x10 3 sets
Incline dumble flies 36 lbs x 10 3 sets
Dumble pullover 58 lbs x 8 3 sets.
