OT: do squats make you walk funny?
I noticed after being on Rippetoe's program for a while (squat based) my thighs are gettin HUGE. All parts of them. Including the inner part. Which means my legs rub against my goods. Which isn't exactly comfortable, especially if you've been walking for a while. Maybe I'm just not used to it yet. Sometimes I just walk with a "wider" stance. Anyone else have this?

let's just say that on hot days, either i wear long boxer shorts or rub vaseline or gold bond on my inner thighs to fight the dreaded chaffing! oh well, chicks dig guys who walk like john wayne.

Buy a couple pair of bike shorts or underarmour shorts. Wear them under your pants, works like a charm.
If at first you don't succeed, take 5 pounds off and try again...
