Cardio Update
Change of plans. My little 6 month old princess Kambria's first tooth popped through and she was in pain. To soothe her, I walked her around the neighborhood for 40 minutes while Katie caught up on Scivation things she handles, like print and some marketing tasks.
My dogs felt lonely, so I walked them a bit. I did 50 minutes total in my hilly neighborhood. Back to work!www.scivation.com

That's a hell of a lot of volume. I'm doing the Cut Diet as well and had been thinking I should keep the volume down a bit. After reading this, I may have to add a few more sets. It just looks like after awhile overtraining could become a possibility.

Can I ask how much calories you're on? Doesn't look like a lot...? Or is that because you weren't at home?
Also, what sort of rest periods do you take between sets?
