*7 Weeks Out - Critique Please*
Stats: 6'1" 193lbs 6-7%bf - 20 years old - Natural
Right now I'm 7 weeks out from the biggest natural bb show in my area. I'll be competing in the Junior Class. Constructive critisism please.

lol...i wanna get to the point where it looks like i dont have any skin covering the muscle...one of the reasons im this lean 7 weeks out is because theres another show in 4 weeks that i plan on competing in...but the focus is def. on the one in 7 weeks...in a natural show condition is favored over size...at least in my experiences....so im trying to get as lean as possible

watch out for more pics next weekend...very rarely is my g/f in the mood to take pics of me...she always get all frustrated cuz the pics are never the way i want them...im lucky i got her to take these...ill def. include more manditory poses and full body pics next weekend.

You asked for criticism, so here goes:
Front Delts, the biggest weakness that I can see. Rear Delts and lateral look good, but the front is lagging for that "round" look. Try to hit it hard in the remaining weeks.

lookin good mate
you said youve got a show in 7 weeks and in 4 weeks after that .thats almost another 3months of keepin ripped and your body at peak condition, without losing any muscle tissue because as a natural you will lose muscle tissue when ripping your body fat down
try getting some pics of your legs (whole)
hams calves
also as you 6'1 you will be one of the tallest competitors on stage as the other competitors will be alot smaller and a taller physique will wipe out a small physique in my opinion

i can see how you could have misread my post...i wrote it in a kinda confusing way...i have a comp. in 4 weeks and then 3 weeks after that for a total of 7 weeks...

i have a 5 day split...1 hr cardio per day right now
about 325-350g protein per day spread over 8 meals

Looks to me like you could compete right now, your conditioning is Incredible. Is this your first show you will be doing and would mind posting your contest diet up cuz im nosey ;-)

Bro you look great, specially for 7 weeks out, just be careful and not peak to soon, holding onto a peak is harder than actually peaking in the first place.....if you peaka week early, i guarntee you wont be in condition when your on stage....
Me, i peaked about 8 hours early and couldnt hold my conditioning, was mad pissed but i won none the less.
Also, on the front lat spred, try not to lean back so far, it makes the upper body look long, which in turn makes you lats look high and your chest looks small from top to bottom and thus looks small overall.....plus, doing that reduces the width of your shoulders. Dont flex really hard on a front lat spread, if you do your rotator cuffs contract and you cant flare your lats properly....here show i look hitting mine.
You'll have to excuse the conditioing for being on stage, i looked way better in my hotel room.....honestly  old cliche right there for ya ...... ah well, least i wasnt attacked by ninja's

i actually did compete 2 weeks ago not reall in show condition though
this will be my 1...2...3...4...5th and 6th contests as a junior
ill through up my meals today...this is how my diet is all cut long...just with oats either added or taken away depending on how close or far away from the comp i am.
Meal 1: 430am
8 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, splenda, and cinnamon mixed up and made into a pancake. ----> 1 hour Cardio.
Meal 2: 630am
5 oz. ground turkey, 1/2 cup salsa, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon. -----> Lifted Legs
Meal 3: 815am
1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon, 1 scoop whey in water.
Meal 4: 900am
same as meal 2 plus 1 fish oil cap and 1 cla/sesamin cap.
Meal 5: 1100am
same as meal 2.
Meal 6: 100pm
same as meal 2 plus 1 fish oil cap and 1 cla/sesamin cap.
Meal 7: 300pm
same as meal 2.
Meal 8: 500pm
same as meal 2 plus 1 fish oil cap and 1 cla/sesamin cap.
Meal 9: 700pm
same as meal 1.
Meal 10: 900pm
same as meal 2 plus 1 fish oil cap and 1 cla/sesamin cap, calcium, glucosamine, chondriton, multi.
pickles and salads thrown in there too if i get hungry...
