    Red face X-factor along with weight gainers?!

    I know alot of you will say "make ur own gainers" hehe , and i do , oats+whey+pb , but im just thinking , would it be ok to use stuff like Cytogainer or megamass ( ) to fill up my daily calorie goals while on X-factor cycle? , or would it be useless or even bad to take it while on the cycle , cause of some "bad" fats or empty calories? Please help and be honest.

    I mean, look at the sugar content of the weight gainer and look at the amount of saturated fat to total fat content. Then look at fiber content.
    Honestly, u gotta see that making your own weight gainer with (milk, banana, natty pb, oats, protein powder - tastes great) is alot healthier and better for your physique than a pre-made one. Plus, making your on this way tastes like a milkshake honestly.
    And you can control the caloric content totally as compared to pre-made weight gainers.

    With weight gainers, what you primarily get is weight gain. Making your own will give you more lean mass gains also.

    Yeah i know i can make my own and i do , about 1000kcal shakes , But it just seems easier to do a cycle while some gainers are 2000kcal plus , so you wouldnt do it?

    Hmm... Don't know what to tell ya.

    Everything is subjective. I feel that making my own gainers like I do, I stay leaner by adding and subtracting what I want.
