I know alot of you will say "make ur own gainers" hehe , and i do , oats+whey+pb , but im just thinking , would it be ok to use stuff like Cytogainer or megamass ( ) to fill up my daily calorie goals while on X-factor cycle? , or would it be useless or even bad to take it while on the cycle , cause of some "bad" fats or empty calories? Please help and be honest.
