Sometime i've always wondered. Okay, so you take a bicep pose. Does it matter, for measurements, if the lower part of your upper arm is parallel with teh ground, or if it slopes downwards? I find that with my naturally small muscle bellies, if I start off with the arm parallel to the ground, the lower it(so the lowe rpart of the upper arm is at a slight downward slope), my muscle bellies tighten and my arm is like 1/2'' larger. Just wondering if this is okay to measure this way, or the upper arm must be parallel with the floor
