HI, everyone I just wanted to know if any of you have tried the Positions of Flexion from Ironman magazine. How did it work for you? Thanks for the responses.

I've actually tried a POF workout from Ironman Magazine. I thought the routine looked good on paper. I stopped using it because the workouts took a very long time. The workout was so long that it was a hassle to write down all the exercises and pondage, reps, sets etc on paper. When I look back at it now I was definitely overtraining.
Bigrob that was 2 years ago so I don't know how their current POF workouts are. If you decide to try it and you're in the gym too long then stop using it cause the it will be counterproductive.
Why buy $6.00 magazines when you got all the information that you ever want on the web.
    Peace
    Chris

I have been doing my own POF workout routines for 11 months & still making gains. I divide body parts over 4 days. Monday: Chest & Shoulders, Tuesday: Back & Abs, Thursday: Legs, Friday: Arms. Workouts take about 45 mins each day.
