Of course I know this is making fun of newbs and JVA, but a lot of people actually do this I in no way recommend doing these to anyone, and they call them "California Curls". It seems like a Heavy Duty principle to me.

I weighed myself at 228 today. That's over 20lbs in 3 weeks since I started the crazy 8's. My gains have been almost too quick. I noticed stretch marks on my bicepts last week and got yelled at by my mom for that lol. She said that gaining muscle this quick can't be good. Well, I'm almost starting to agree with her. Today I noticed a huge (maybe 4 inches long) and fat stretch mark on my upper arm. It looks pretty mean and I'm glad it's in a very inconspicuous place. I'm gonna start eating at around maintenance again cause to try and curb this insane growth a bit.

If you do both crazy 8's AND 21's will your arms get to 20" twice as fast? I want HUGE arms quickly, I don't want to have to spend several months working out to get them!

Crazy 9's are where it's at, dudes!!!

First off, you need two spotter or partners with you, an EZ bar, and 9 10lb plates.

Load the EZ bar with 9 10lb plates per side. DO NOT PUT COLLARS ON

Now, do that weight 9 times... on the 9th one, hold the weight at the top, do not let it rest at the bottom.

Now, your partners will take off NINE 10lbs plate from each side.

Curl that weight times.. once again stop at the top

Then pull out your "nine" and blow the other guy away.

Big guns.

This is a legitimate exercise. I used to do it highschool. It burns like hell, but its not going to make you throw up or anything. I stopped doing it a long time ago so I don't know much it really builds the muscles though.
