One time in highschool the info on the board was written wrong, someone had written "Bench: 3x65 @ 75-80-85", when it should've read "Bench: 3x6 @ 75%- 80%- 85%". I'm not sure who wrote the 5 in there and erased the "%" signs, but apparantly the after-school lifters came in and did 3 sets of 65 with 75lbs/80lbs/85lbs.

130X6 isnt my max its just what i lifted last week.
im increasing 5 pounds every week
my max is probably over 200 but i prefer taking it slow im only 20 whats the rush.
according to the 1 rep max calculator 100 pounds for 32 reps is like 210 max so i guess thats my max, but you never can tell maybe its higher, maybe its lower as long as im making progress i really dont care.SPRAINED WRIST as of 10-6-06 (waiting for it to heal)

its just kind of cool IMO
i call it endurance bench saturdays
i do 1 set of as many reps of 100 pounds every saturday now, its really fun.
my goal is to get to about 50 then i will up the weight to 110.SPRAINED WRIST as of 10-6-06 (waiting for it to heal)
