    Question Fat Burner and Pre-workout Supp

    I was just curious that if you're on a fat burner lets say it's taken morning and afternoon. Can you also have a pre-workout supp such as Amp or R4W in the morning before the workout or is that like hella too much caffeine?!

    i asked the same thing in my thread, except i was a little more specific because fat burners can vary, it depends whats in it if it would be bad for you or not, i still havent received an answer to my post either though

    Well yeah I don't need the fat burner i'm very low BF, but I thinkin if I took one and a pre-workout supp if it would give me more energy or way too much and if the crash would suck?! My buddy is using Scorch, so I thought i'd try some of his for a bit.
