If your urine turns yellow, that's GOOD. Take that as confirmation that the vitamin DID break down and was absorbed into your bloodstream as it's supposed to. That's the only way it'd get there - vitamins cant go directly from the stomach to the bladder!
If you're concerned about absorption, get a multi in a capsule, from a name brand company, and always take it with food. Such a product will have been tested to make sure it dissolves at pH levels at or above stomach fluid pH.
Never take them on an empty stomach or in the absence of solid food (ie not a protein shake alone)
Skip tablets, especially those from drugstore, supermarket or unknown brands.
