During Photo...need suggestions
I am 45 and have been lifting for about 10 months...please give suggestions, opinions and certain exercises that would be good. Thanks. I have not shaved so don't laugh...haha

deadlifts, bench, squat.
stick to compound if your trying to build a base to build off of. (become a beast :P)

Looking good for 45. Concentrate on the compounds for awhile, especially the big three. And drumming is good cardio!

Thanks jemm....I appreciate that! I am working at it. Compounds...do you mean...bench, deadlifts and squats? Sorry for a dumb question. Yes...drumming is great cardio. I love it! Been playing hardcore stuff with 25 year olds. Have you posted your pics on here? Thanks again for the encouragement!

Yeap the big 3 are squats,deads and bench. still a whole load more of compounds, but these 3 should be the core of your workout. my pics? nah, not yet. drummings great, can't say the same for a guitarist like me though.
