i have been taking 7.5 grams of creatine for about 5 days now and havent seen any results i didnt load because i have forty tablets and they cost me 20 bucks but with my dose how long before it kicks in i take 5 pre and 2.5 post

I started Prolab's Creapure about 6 weeks ago and saw results in about 10 days. Gains constant since then.

Results, as in more energy while lifting, are immediate. The full bloat also happens within several days. Oh, and so do the runny ****s. I don't bother loading, I've read it is worthless. Maybe you're a non-responder?
