Stop sounding desperate; it's a little pathetic.
Have you tried looking it up online? There are some factors that come into play when determining what your ideal heart rate would be (ex: age). I used to have a book that gave a formula for determining it, but I don't think I have it anymore. I'm sure you can find a chart or calculator somewhere that will tell you.

220-age= max heart rate
65-75% of this would be a good starting point.
