My Progression
I have decided to make this mostly for myself but others are more than welcome to see what i have done. I am 15 y/o. I have been lifting for about 3 months or so now. In the begining of april i was "skinny-fat" with absolutley zero muscle mass. I was 5'8 139 lbs w/ about 20%bf (guess). Currently i am 5'8'' 151lbs probly about 15-16%bf. I highley regret being a lazy ass in the past now and living off ice cream and potato chips. I will post my exercise program along with the progress i made and my current goals. I will put pictures on here when i find out how.
