lipo 6 skin irritation UPDATE its the freaking ZMA

if anyone read my last thread about lipo 6 possibly giving me like a poison ivy looking rash on my hand

i forgot that i had started taking zma like a few days before the lipo

today i took my zma, i hadnt taken lipo for like 6 hours

and within an hour of taking the zma my back just blew up in what i assume are hives

its ****ing insane looking

stopped taking the zma

kept taking the lipo

it happened again tonight

2 days later

why the **** would it happen only at night though

like literally 7 or 8 hours after the last time i took any lipo

i have no side effects at all during the day

are u sure it's hives? Are you by any chance sweating a lot, or really hot? I break out in heat rash rather often, not very pretty.

nah man im fine

i feel fine just my whole back from neck to ass is covered in hives

its real weird

like it didnt happen last night

it happened 2 nights ago for the first time

and like 8 hours after i took the last lipo

i dunno wtf is going on

it went away last time with some benadryll and sleep

good man, glad it went away. I'm sure you already know, but stay off the lipo for a few days and see if it comes back or not. I used to get hives as well, only when I got really hot though, and benadryl was a live saver for that. Goodluck brotha.

no dude it hasnt gone away that was 2 nights ago i got it again right now

whats weird is i didnt get it last night

but the last 2 nights i got it i have been sitting on this one couch i have

and its only on my back

like where it would be if i were lying on the couch
