my before pic is the first pic..my body was like that becuase of wrestling..i also weighed 150..then the next two pictures were last summer and i weighed 170 and the last is 180..its not a good one ill post better pics of now...the pictures are dated accordingly

i had no diet...it was eat like a crazy person and work out..ill admit that i am blessed with genetics..i dont do abs or cardio AT ALLL ..and i know i should.. ...ill post current pics in the following days

Did you do any cardio?
Did you keep track of your average calorie intake per day?

i should be keeping a log..but im much to lazy..i try to keep it between 3k-4k..i have no stomach and i can eat non stop...is that to many calories??

Not at all (in my opinion). I kept track of how many calories I took in Sunday and I was really surprised to find it was over 4500. Coming from a guy that's 5'6" and 137...that's a lot more than I expected. I'd imagine my typical day is anywhere from 3000-3500.
The more I read these forums the more weight I want to gain =|
(but I don't want to buy a bunch of new clothes!)
You make me want to weigh 170...but we'll see how it turns out.
What's your bicep and quad measurements?

i used to work at abercrombie and i have all their clothing and then i gained all this weight and all their stuff is now tight..lol..ill take measurement tonight when i get home from work as well as pictures of my current state 
i woke up this morning at 180
