What is the best way to lose some water weight without resorting to caffeine? I am definitely carrying some excess water right now, and I would like to get rid of it soon.

Fitnessman can you explain?
Isnt keto a low carb diet? with a lot of fat... ive been dousing everything in olive oil my whole life anyway...
Also, is the linme between body burning carbs and burning fat a blurred progressive line or a sharp line, because i think i was taught its always a combination of the two (though percentages can vary), but you make it sound like its one or the other."an almost intolerable awareness that every morning began with infinite promise.
Any book may be read, any idea thought, any action taken. Anything that has ever
been possible to human beings is possible to most of us every time the clock says
six in the morning. On a day no different from the one now breaking, Shakespeare sat
down to begin Hamlet and Fuller began her history of the Roman revolution of 1848.
Each of us has all the time there is; each accepts those invitations he can discern.
By the same token, each evening brings a reckoning of infinite regret for the paths
refused, openings not seen, and actions not taken."

No Low carb diets were made popular by dr. Atkins. They do work well, but they are not intended for bodybuilders.
On a ketogenic diet we are using carbs to our advantage...Such as post work out nutrition and carb loads. Depends on your body type and goals, there are a few spins you can put on a keto to make it work even better.
Low carb diets are not good for us. High fat with carb spikes are.
in my opinion the line is sharp.Psalm 121

Impossible is not a fact. it's an opinion. impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.
Impossible is nothing."
