Agree, thats when I took my forum profile picture right after a workout. No point posing when your not pumped up since pros pump up before walking out on stage.

It helps having someone else to look at you and critique and help you with little things. You can't see yourself from every angle...

Honest reply here. What's the difference between Roelly's posing and Branch's, Phils, etc? They all seem to hit poses, move, pump the crowd, hit a pose and work the stage some more. I mean even Jay's looks the same way. The only real posers we see are like Wolf, Kai.

I believe he is referring to back poses.

She is actually very good, what you are referring to is Roelly himself being nervous when doing the bdb and ls.

She has explained this in previous posts, gym pictures show Roelly can pose correctly he simply needs to get comfortable onstage in how he presents himself.

Essa has no coach as far as I am aware, so someone like Grandma can greatly help him.

Once Roelly and Grandma can bring him in without losing size and he poses correctly he will look very good.
