Great physique man, seems like you pay close attention to symetry from what the pics show, although your not hitting any manditorys, im sure they'd look good, how the back? Anyway looking great very lean too.

everything looks balanced, so if u brought up all the muscle then it would be alright...one thing i noticed ur right pec is a bit bigger then ur left (symmetry issue there...but i have the same genetic issue and no matter wut i do i cannot balance it)

The only thing I really see lagging are the size of the calves. That's it, really.

Ripped! The only things maybe are traps, upper chest and back. I know there aren't pics of your back but I'm one of those folks who think everyone could use more back or delts

Dyland, the guy has veins running up an down his lower abs. I'd hardly say he needs to bring up his lower abs.

my right leg is bigger than my left ......ive just started trying extra sets on my left leg, doesnt seem to work
Trying to fill out but want to pay real attention to muscle quality and symmetry ! rather than just bulking up too fast

Traps could be bigger. Bring up the triceps and can't judge back without pics of it.

adamread123, you seem to look better offstage. Great quads and delts. Pop the back (lats) and the waist may look even smaller. I agree, you have a great physique, look like you enjoy it. Thnaks for sharing, your hard work shows. Cheers, Rich

Yeah - was my first show and I think I came in flat as I did balloon out 4 days after. So I know to carb up sooner. Those pics are around 12 weeks old now - my next contest is in November and I am working on thickening my muscles. I will try and post some updated pics up to see if I am going in the right direction. From my experience the one thing I can say is that a good clean smart diet is the most important thing in bodybuilding. Supplements are just the icing on the cake and are sometimes not needed. Corporate companies in a capitalist world trying to invent ways to make money out of aspiring athletes. lol
