Question im 17..and using NO2,glutamine, and amino acids...good idea??

im 17..ive been lifting for about a year..im currently taking NO2, glutamine, and amino acids...i just posted something like this the other day and some suggested that i drop the n02 and glutamine, and they suggested creatine. but i dont want bloating and water retention. ive been told by people my age that NO2 has helped...anyone that has had results at a young age like me please let me know...thanks

keep all that ****, and add creatine, they all work good, together, if you dont want water retention, then you should use kre-alkalyn, it gives good gains, and by far the least amount of water retention of creatines.

I would drop the NO2, just because it messes with hormones and stuff. You can stay with the glutamine, but there is a good BCAA powder that has glutamine which is called MRM BCAA+G. You can try Kre-alkalyn or Green Magnitude, if you don't want the creatine bloat.

Yeah glutamine should be fine. I wouldnt mess with NO or creatine products til ur a little older though. Aminos would be good for you.

Your stack looks solid. Just make sure that you're also using the right protein at the right times to ensure extended amino acid release and the minimization of catabolism.

If i were you I'd use CEE and AEE - Creatine Ethyl Ester and Arginine Ethyl ester together. These two ingredients are awesome on their own but together they work especially well. Labrada's ReCharge! is a good product that has these ingredients in them. Take them several times daily to ensure even levels and you should get some good results.

Also, if youre using an NO supplement, be sure to take in extra vitamin E and C to minimize oxidative stress. from the increased nitric oxide.

For your protein I'd go with a whey protein for use before and after workouts, and a protein blend for the rest of the day. Put these together with a good multi and you're gains will fly in no time.

    Hope that helps. Good luck!

Ha since when will NO2 mess with your hormones...did i miss something?? All that looks fine and im a little younger thanyou and honestly ive heard that NO2 wont really show too many improvements with kids our age and i agree. Just go pick up some CEE and make sure your taking a multivitamin.

Nice stack. You can pretty much get all that from Amped. I think I posted this on another thread already. It's a Met-Rx product. With people our age though, don't overdo it because there are other things that will be more helpfull. That's why I only take it 2 weeks out of every training cycle (2 months). It certainly helps though, and it gave me lasting gains.

    My suggestion would be:

    -Multi
    -Fish Oil
    -Whey
    -CEE
-Taurine (great cell volumizer and good for energy)

I don't think NO2 is really that cost effective and that's why I wouldn't suggest it really. I am not saying it isn't effective though...I'd opt for AEE/OEE over any non esterfied Arginine/Ornitine. And yeah BCAA > Glutamine.

do you actually get energy from taurine (i mean you personally) i've seen people say it gives energy but i've never seen it even from even a 5g dose. i still take it, because it's cheap and fairly good at what it does, but i think getting energy from it is b.s

I think its moreso good as a cell volumizer..it has anti hypertensive properties also, which I've actually noticed since I take my blood pressure reguarly. I took SNS CVM Xtreme and it had that in it (combined with cee and b vitamins) and I found myself less tired. IMO its good with CEE.
