I have been training in low volume HIT style routine where I do 9 sets each bodypart twice a week. No I want to switch to a High Volume style routine (20+ sets workouts). Where would I start? Do I start out at 20 sets or do I work up to that?

I think overall, twice per week is better if you can recover from it....like instead of doing 20 sets on one day, better to do 10 sets on 2 days
but we are all different...we all have to experiment to see what is best for us....also we have to change it up from time to time"Humility comes before honor"
