Hey I was looking for this stuff. how much does it content creatine and caffeine per 14.5 gr service ? I've used previous product. I couldn't see any positive effect on me. didn't increase power etc... is it worth try to new formula ? also i haven't more options in my country. there is no bpi 1mr , c4 , jack3d

If I remember correctly it is sitting at around 1g of creNitrate and 200mg of caffeine. The formula is a night and day difference from past formulas. I can't imagine working out without it. This is a pre-workout product, not a creatine saturation product.

i wasnt fan of older and was skeptical, but newest formula is great (imo)

I know its not a creatine product.im using creatine after workout also i dont want to take more than 5gr creatine per a day.thats why im asking.

Being creatine nitrate, you're looking at around 2/3 a gram of creatine. Taking 5 grams post workout of mono is fine while using assault.

My guess would be around 200 a scoop, since im stim tolerant and it kicks me up nicely. But they have a slow release formula of caffeine, which i can feel 3-4 hours after without crash. Theres a difference with other pwos, i dont feel this sustained energy with others and its not placebo Dont take it too late in night.
