I Need To Find a High Quality Meal Replacement Bar With Low Sugar & Low Saturated Fa

Can anyone help with this please. I've been using Met-Rx's Big 100 Bars, which I find totally edible and chocked full of vitamins and goodies - - and very low in saturated fat. All that corn syrup and cocoa is not for me though.

Now, I can handle some pretty nasty tasting shiite and if you can recommend a kick-ass bar, even if it is only mediocre on the taste buds, I'd be interested.

    Thanks much.

Optimum's Pro-Complex bar (smores) is good. Lean Body Low carb bars.
I am sure I will get yelled at for this one, but I really like the Nitrotech bars (peanut butter chocalate chip) when I have to eat a bar.

I need to be more specific

I need to be a little more specific. In addition to having low sugar, I still want the bar to pack a decent amount of high quality carbs. Is this possible? Is there any such bar?

    Help me out!

    Thanks all.

I have no idea what quality (oats vs. maltodextrine) or decent amount is to you, it is different for different people. Also how much protein? Have you tried using the bar finder on BB.com's website? You might try that and when you find one search the boards to see if it was well received.

    Let me give more detail

Thanks Sti8ted. Let me give Y'all a little more detail and see if anyone has found the bar I'm after.

Basically, I would like something just like the Met-Rx BIG 100 bar in terms of its macronutrient breakdown: 340 calories; sat fat 1.5 (which is very acceptable indeed); 52 grams of carbs (no problem there, I could use a little more or a little less either way; and 26 grams of protein (again, totally adequate, but I'd be willing to give or take a few grams).

If I could find a bar somewhat close to this, but with a lower amount of suger (this bar has 38 grams of sugar per bar - yikes) I'd be stoked.

    Thanks to all in advance.

Might taste good but are FULL of glycerol...not a real good alternative to traditional sugar.

I think the Jay Cutler bars are pretty good. I can't remember the name, haven't had one in a while, I think Pro 42 or something.
