I ve tried Animal pak as my main multivitamin supp, exactly as instructions say so.After an hour i was hurinated a lot( strange dark yellow color) and i was feeling a bit dizzy.I ve tested Animal pak again after a week and had the same results.
Any advice? I think that so many pills is excess.I wish i could know which pill is what so as to avoid overdosage.I could take the half of them, but which ones?

Side effects from Animal Pak

The best thing with Animal Pak is to eat a good meal before taking it. It slows down its rapid absorption. On an empty stomach, it's harsh...
I have the same urine color, which is just a sign of (a lot!) vitamins. But I don't have the "dark color"...
It's funny, cause it's so yellow you might think you could see it in the dark!

I've been taking Animal Pak when I wake up before work with breakfast. The dark yellow pee really hasnt been happening to me, it only happens when i havent been drinking enough water throughout the day. Drink them with plenty of water and maybe your feeling dizzy because you take them right when you wake up with nothing in you?

This results in the use of one Animal Pak with your pre-workout meal, and a multi in the morning and evening (make sure to split seving size with multis; DO not overdose).

I mean I lift, but I'm not generally preparing for a competition. I would go with the 1 pak a day.
I also would not supplement the Animal Pak with another multi. You could end up getting into toxic levels of vitamins. Animal Pak is a true multi, so there's no reason to take another on top of it. Here's a description from bb.com about what's in Animal Pak (you can see the full list of ingredients about in it's store's description).
"Is Animal Pak a multivitamin?
Yes and no. One of it's component is a complete and comprehensive multivitamin that's true. In fact, as a multivitamin alone, nothing comes close to Animal Pak in terms of potency as explained above. That's why Animal Pak is the #1 selling training pack in the world. But Animal Pak isn't just a multi. It contains a range of essential and non-essential amino acids, digestive enzymes, electrolytes, antioxidants, lipotropics, and other nutrients to support lifters. Animal Pak is a complete "training" pack."Dustin

I wouldn't supplement it with another multivitamin, lest, like dhatcher said getting into toxic levels of the fat solubles.
Since I can get it for right around $16, I think I'm going to buy 3 of them, and I'll have a 4 month supply just by taking 1 pak a day.Let me live deep while I live; let me know the rich juices of red meat and battle when the blue blades flame and crimson, and I am content. - Conan

If the urine is DARK, then yeah, the issue is needing more water - but if the urine is a neon-like yellow after taking a multivitamin, then the cause is B12.

I take 1 pill of a whole foods vitamin (1/3 the dose), and I take 1 animal pak on workout days, which is 1/2 a dose. Therefore, I am only getting 86.66% of what would still be considered a safe amount of vitamins, but am subsequently getting the benefit of more healthy chemicals.
I'm not saying go crazy and end up causing hypervitaminosis; you must take the time to do your own research of ingredient levels, and double check that everything is safe with RDA of vitamins.
There is no reason vitamins shouldn't be stacked; they are the one good and healthy thing that should be stacked (SAFTLEY) to get maximum results.

animal pak is a multi-v... vitamins go into you, do what they need to, and the rest go out in your pee.. these excess vitamins can change its color wierd... im also a user of this product and there was days it came out lime green!... its quite funny actually and as far as the dizzyness it probably isnt the vitamin... they are essential nutrients not any special supplement... goodluckk!

i agree with the guy who said ask a doctor... im no doctor but i do know that the supplements we take go straight to the blood stream to get to our muscle.. so my estimated guess would be there is some of these in our blood.. therefore i wouldnt advise donating... maybe between testbooster cycles... hope i helped!... goodluck

My experience
I take the pak about an hour after eating a meal with 1 fish oil capsule for the day. I drink two 16.9 ounce bottles of water while im working out. this is after i drink almost a full bottle with the pak itself. I know from experience if you take the pak on an empty stomach u will feel like hell, such as feeling dizzy and light headed and the red pill will make your heart rate increase dramatically. So if i were to give any advice from my experience, take an hour after a meal with a bottle of water and make sure to continue drinking water throughout the day. YOU CANT DRINK TOO MUCH WATER!!!!!!
does anyone feel rage while working out with the pak? i find myself yelling out loud a lot and hitting the floor with my fits a lot haha.. is that just me?
also.. the pump you feel while working out is AMAZING it feels like your muscles are inflated with air!
